The club’s underlying purpose is to provide supporters with the highest level of enjoyment possible by continuing a winning tradition that has been established during a glorious history spanning over 100 years. This aim is pursued by following a series of precise rules which are outlined in the club’s code of ethics and followed by. Among the main principles are the desire to promote ethics in sport and bridge the gap between the professional and business side of football, while maintaining the utmost respect towards fans and all sport enthusiasts.

FFG Sports Management is the Exclusive Partner of Juventus Football Club in the United Arab Emirates.
Since 2015, our Juae Academy is aiming to help young footballers take their first steps into the football world by educating them with the Juventus method, known as one of the best in the world and followed in over 100 projects.
Juventus academy was the first academy established by FFG (2015), followed by Juventus Academy Abu Dhabi and Juventus Academy Rak in 2018, Juventus Acadmey Sharjah in 2021 and soon is targeting other emirates.
The academies were recently awarded as UAE best football academy and best sports development project in football at the UAE teen & fitness awards and as best football academy in the Middle East by SPIA Middle East Awards last April (news here).
Composed exclusively of high level professionals providing the best experience on and off the field, Juventus Academy Dubai has a team of coaches, specifically selected for their enthusiasm and qualifications. The coaches hold Italian & European football federation and UEFA certificates in addition to their years of football experience in Italy, in Europe and the UAE. Our team is managed by our Italian technical team, trained and approved by Juventus, which will also send the area manager to Dubai for 30 days per academy to coordinate the training activities along with our technical directors.
During the years, we launched a series of technical news such as Juventus Goalkeeper Programs, psychologist visits, internal leagues (JLEGA), leagues and tournaments, elite teams, MENA J league and Juae cup (short UAE weekend) and we constantly monitor our players performances until the final term’s evaluation. Every year, we give to our players the opportunity to meet Juventus legends such as David Trezeguet and Edgar Davids and our teams will also fly again to Italy for the Juventus training experience & Juventus Academy world cup, facing all the Juventus Academies worldwide! In December 2016, few days before the Italian super cup in Doha, FFG Sports Management organized the first Juventus camp Qatar, a project that enriched our team experience and gave us the opportunity to organize an activation with the Juventus first team. FFG Sports Management participated and organized events and tournaments in Italy and abroad (Juventus GCC League) in Kuwait, Bahrain and it is currently planning its expansion abroad.
