Thanks to our expertise in managing sports academies and organization of events, tournaments, camps and Sports Trips, FFG rapidly became one of the top professional sports management companies in the MENA Region, winning a series of Sports Awards.

Our multicultural Team is composed of more than 40 professionals with expertise in various fields: sports science, law, languages, communication, human rights, tourism, economics, business administration and finance. Thanks to our team, we are able to communicate in English, Arabic, Italian, French, Spanish, Russian, Urdu, Tagalog and many more languages.

FFG Sports Management provides a series of services related to sports: representation, management, sales, consulting and marketing agency building legacies for world-class talent, maximizing opportunities and outcomes for our clients through sport sponsorship, content, Public Relations and media. We also established a representation program for athletes that aims to maximize our clients earning potential for both the long and short term.

the first Partner of Juventus Football Club in the Middle East

For more than 10 years, our company created Juventus Academy Dubai, Juventus Academy Abu Dhabi, Juventus Academy RAK, Juventus Academy Sharjah and Juventus Camp Qatar and it is currently planning other projects. Along with our activities, FFG participated and organized events and tournaments in Italy (Juventus Training Experience and Juventus Academy World Cup) and abroad (Spain, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Saudi Arabia).

Awards

The quality of the Juventus Academy has been recognized once again. The projects managed by FFG have been awarded as 1^st Best football Academy at UAE Sports Awards in 2018 and 2019, 1^st Sports Youth Organization in 2019 & 2024 at SPIA Awards, 2^nd Best Sports Academy (1^st football program) in the Middle East in 2025 & 2023.

PLAYERS EVENTS

Since 2015, FFG Sports Management has organized major football events featuring former Juventus stars including Giorgio Chiellini, Andrea Barzagli, Sebastian Giovinco, David Trezeguet, and Edgar Davids, as well as the Juventus FC during the Italian Super Cup in Doha, Riyadh, Jeddah.

Since 2016, we have proudly delivered several editions of JUAE Juventus Day in collaboration with the Juventus Official Fan Club UAE.

A standout milestone was Juventus Day in January 2018, attended by the former Juventus Legend David Trezeguet.

Based on the expertise obtained from our various personal and professional experiences since we started our journey, FFG Sports Management is currently playing a premier role in the Regional sports scene.

I have to admit it: building up our corporate culture along with our fantastic team continues to be the most satisfying career journey of my life. Despite that we constantly adapt to new challenges, our Team’s key drivers of passion, multi-tasking and competence will continue to drive FFG’s growth in the future and represent our company’s biggest asset: our corporate identity.

Winning the Award as best Academy in the UAE and Middle East with our Juventus Academy project was a stunning milestone in our company history. But history is in the past. And despite that we are all made by history, we aim at the dreams of the future.
