FFG Sports Management is the Exclusive Partner of Juventus Football Club in the United Arab Emirates.

Since 2015, FFG Sports Management has developed the Juventus Academy project in the United Arab Emirates, offering young players aged 4–17 the opportunity to grow through the official Juventus methodology, recognized as one of the leading youth football development systems in the world.

Starting from Dubai, the project expanded with Juventus Academy Abu Dhabi (2018), Juventus Academy Ras Al Khaimah (2018) and Juventus Academy Sharjah (2021), today developing over 1,500 players across eight locations in the UAE.

The academy is led by UEFA-qualified international coaches and supervised by an Italian Juventus technical team, ensuring the full implementation of the Juventus training methodology. Players benefit from structured programs, elite teams, goalkeeper development, performance evaluations and participation in the main UAE and international competitions.

Every year, selected teams travel to Turin, Italy for the Juventus Academy World Cup and the Juventus Training Experience, while also meeting legends of Juventus FC such as Giorgio Chiellini, Andrea Barzagli, David Trezeguet and Edgar Davids.

The project has been recognized with major regional awards, including Best Football Academy at the UAE Sports Awards (2018, 2019) and SPIA Middle East Awards for Sports Youth Organization (2019, 2024) and Best Sports Academy Program (2023, 2025), confirming its position as one of the leading youth football development platforms in the Middle East.
